Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Product must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective)
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return

Defective products will be replaced at no cost, including return and replacement shipping.

Warranty

Vantor Vault products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or damage caused by accidents or improper care.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantor Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or website.
